The City and the BPFFA are currently in collective bargaining negotiations working towards a new agreement. The above agreement remains in effect.
Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 2380
Our full-time employees represented by Local 2380 maintain our roads and parks, look after infrastructure, operate our community centres, provide internal customer service and much more.
Non-Union Employees
Our non-bargaining full time and part time non-management and management employees provide various services across the City. Our leadership staff are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations including the current and long-range strategic planning, business services, capital and operating budgets, and employee and labour relations.
